Provider Networks & Payment

    • Private Pay: To increase the accessibility of our services for families using personal funds, we offer equity-based pricing for all our services. We are happy to discuss all our private pay options via consultation. See guide below.

  • Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Provider (Dane County)

  • Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) (Dane County)

  • The Alliance

Note: We are expanding our provider agreements with private insurance in the near future. Check back to see if your insurance is in network

We are also not expanding our CLTS or CCS contracts into neighboring counties. Due to our small staff size expanding our provider networks will not be taking place at this time.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. You will be charged the full amount of the session for missed appointments or failing to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. If a pattern of consistent no-shows or cancellations develops, we reserve the right to end service.

Equity-Based Pricing

Our equity-based pricing can apply to anyone not using CLTS Dane or CCS Dane to receive services. We do not deny needed services due to inability to pay. We do our best to make sure mental health care is affordable and accessible with a provider relationship that fits both the client and the therapist. If we cannot provide services, we can offer referrals for others that might be a better fit.

Is therapy right for my myself or someone I know?

For those interested in learning if expressive arts therapy or recreational therapy is the right fit for you, your child/teen or someone you know, we offer 25 minute consults at no charge. Schedule a time on our website!

How much does therapy cost?

Is there a trial period?

Creative Forces Therapy maintains a trial period of 2 - 6 weeks. During this time we evaluate the compatibility of the therapeutic relationship, the fit of the type of therapy we provide as well as the ability for the client to attend the session.
