Creative Hearts Program

Using play, expressive arts, and curiosity to build connections in a small group setting

The mission of our Creative Hearts Program is to offer opportunities for each person to grow as the beautiful humans that they are, in a manner that feels good in their system (body, mind, & soul) through the use of an experiential group environment designed to support their individuality.

Our groups will explore a variety of experiential materials, processes, and topics in order to provide accessibility to each participant. Participants are encouraged to discover a range of personal benefits of the groups by empowering each individual to choose what suits them. Within the group format, individuals can experience a sense of connection with their peers and celebrate one another as they are.

All individuals are welcome to join.

We ask that participants with higher needs requiring 1:1 provide their own support or arrange support through our administrator. This allows for the maximum amount of engagement among the group members and activities. Please reach out if you have any questions! info@creativeforcestherapy.com

Benefits of Group Engagement

  • Facilitates social learning in a supportive environment through cooperation and communication.

  • Individuals with similar experiences can provide support to each other through listening and sharing strategies to help with challenges.

  • Individuals can feel empowered by their success in developing interpersonal skills within the group.

  • Group work can provide an overall sense of community and reduce feelings of isolation.
